The Easy to Moderate hikes are generally two to five miles and the Moderate to Difficult hikes are generally three to seven miles. Marathon and long distance training class will help build your endurance.

  • Water Aerobics

    You do not need to know how to swim to take this class. Pools are heated to approximately 80 degrees. Lap swimming available as lanes permit.

    Bring a yoga mat and wear loose clothing. All levels welcome.

  • Yoga/Pilates

    Yoga/Pilates combination. Bring a mat and wear loose clothing.

  • Zumba

    Workouts are based on interval training. Perform exhilarating moves and easy dance steps. Wear comfortable exercise clothing. Bring 1-2 lb. hand weights. Instructors are Zumba trained and certified.
